Analysis: which lever to improve first?

Simulation: +5 percentage points on each stage

Leads(20% → 25%)
+30 clients(+15,000.00 €)best lever
Qualified prospects(30% → 35%)
+20 clients(+10,000.00 €)
Demos(50% → 55%)

Formulas used

Visitors = 10,000 (entry)
Leads = Visitors × 20%
= 10,000 × 0.20 = 2,000
Qualified prospects = Leads × 30%
= 2,000 × 0.30 = 600
Demos = Qualified prospects × 50%
= 600 × 0.50 = 300
Clients = Demos × 40%
= 300 × 0.40 = 120

Everything about the funnel impact calculator

Why simulate the impact of your conversion funnel?

A conversion funnel has multiple stages, each with its own conversion rate. Improving even a single stage by a few points can have a significant multiplier effect on the final number of clients and revenue generated.

Without a simulation tool, it is difficult to know which stage to optimize first. This calculator lets you compare different scenarios and identify the most profitable lever before investing time or budget.

All calculations run in your browser. No data is sent to a server, ensuring the confidentiality of your business metrics.

Use cases

Marketing managers
Model your acquisition funnel to determine where to focus optimization efforts and justify investments to leadership.
Sales directors
Simulate the impact of improving qualification or closing rates on the number of signed clients and monthly revenue.
Growth hackers and consultants
Show your clients the concrete effect of a conversion improvement at each stage of their funnel, backed by numbers.
Startup founders
Estimate your growth potential by simulating different conversion scenarios, from the top of the funnel to the final client.

How does the funnel impact calculator work?

Set the number of visitors at the top of your funnel and the average revenue per client. Then configure your funnel stages with their respective conversion rates.

The tool automatically calculates the number of people at each stage and displays a bar visualization of the funnel. You can add, remove, or reorder stages.

Select a stage to improve and enter a new conversion rate. The comparison table and impact indicators (additional clients, revenue, variation) update in real time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many stages can I add to my funnel?
There is no fixed limit. You can add as many intermediate stages as needed between the funnel entry and the final stage.
How is the revenue impact calculated?
The impact is calculated by multiplying the number of additional clients (difference between the improved and current scenario) by the average revenue per client you entered.
What does the 'best lever' analysis mean?
The tool simulates a 5 percentage point increase on each stage and compares the client gains. The stage that generates the most additional clients is identified as the best lever.
Is my data sent to a server?
No. All calculations are performed locally in your browser. No data is transmitted or stored.
Can I change the order of stages?
Yes, use the up and down arrows next to each stage to reorganize your funnel as needed.
