Everything about the email and URL extractor
Why extract emails and URLs automatically?
Manually collecting email addresses and URLs scattered across a multi-page document is time-consuming and error-prone. A single copy-paste from a web page, email, or PDF can contain dozens of contacts or links that would be tedious to pick out by hand.
The tool also detects French phone numbers (formats 01 23 45 67 89 and +33 6 12 34 56 78), making it a complete contact extraction tool. Duplicates are automatically removed for clean, actionable results.
Your text is never sent to a server. Extraction runs entirely in your browser — ideal for processing data containing personal or confidential information.

- Extract email addresses and phone numbers from a contacts page, online directory, or email body to feed your CRM.
- SEO specialists

- Journalists and researchers

- Data managers
- Clean and structure raw data by exporting results as CSV, ready for import into a spreadsheet or database.
How does the extractor work?
Paste your text into the input area and click 'Analyze'. The tool scans the text using optimized regular expressions to detect email addresses, URLs (http/https), and French phone numbers.
Results appear in three separate sections: emails, URLs, and phones. Each section shows the count of items found and offers a copy button. Duplicates are automatically removed.
You can export all results as a CSV file containing the type (email, URL, phone) and value of each item. The file downloads directly in your browser.
Frequently Asked Questions

- The tool detects email addresses following the standard format: letters, digits, dots, hyphens, and underscores before the @, followed by a domain name with an extension of at least 2 characters. Addresses with unusual special characters may not be detected.
- What phone number formats are recognized?
- The tool recognizes French phone numbers in national format (01 23 45 67 89) and international format (+33 6 12 34 56 78), with or without separators (spaces, dots, hyphens). Phone numbers from other countries are not detected.
- Are duplicates removed?

- Is my text sent to a server?
- No. Extraction runs entirely in your browser via JavaScript. No data is transmitted, stored, or logged. The CSV file is generated locally.
